Finding time and inspiration to be creative is difficult, especially when I work and am back in school full time. However... I'm on a roll!
So, I stumbled upon this HEAVY solid wood frame while on a thrift adventure about a year ago. I FINALLY got around to making it into a jewelry display. Yayyy! This was originally brass gold. I repainted it a Tiffany Powder Blue (current color I'm obessed with), and scruffed it up with an Antique Gold paint. Then I stapled the chicken wire mesh to the back. Waaa laaa! Oh! And I also installed hooks on the bottom for necklaces and such! ;)
